Established in 1994 by David Nye, Organizational Performance Consulting (OPC) provides training materials and consulting services to educational institutions, corporations and consulting organizations. OPC provides training in numerous disciplines, including leadership, management, supervision, team development, facilitation, mediation, consultative sales, customer service, Six Sigma, quality management, and employee development.
When Purchasing OPC seminars, clients can expect to receive more from OPC than they do from traditional vendors. OPC provides exceptional value for clients through low cost and flexibility that maximizes the return on a client's training investment:

| * | Unlike many vendors, no trainer certification is required, OPC assumes that the clients staff is qualified and requires only an Instructor's Guide to conduct training. | |
